In addition to supporting the association by becoming a member or taking part in its activities, you can make a donation to the Fondation des Amis des Musées d'Art et d'Histoire Luxembourg, which was declared a public utility by the Grand Ducal decree of September 2, 1993.
Donations to the Foundation are deductible from taxable income as a special expense, within the limits and under the conditions set out in article 109 paragraph 3 of the law of December 4, 1967, as amended by the law of December 19, 2008, concerning income tax.
Any person (individual or company) can deduct from his or her taxable income the sum of donations to Public Utility Establishments, if the total of all such donations reaches at least €124 per tax year and up to a limit of €248,000 or 10% of taxable income.
A document will be sent to the donor to support the tax return.
Funds raised by the Foundation in the form of donations will join the funds of the Association des Amis des Musées d'Art et d'Histoire Luxembourg.
